Melissa Green joins Sloane as the company’s first Chief Growth Officer and is charged with crafting Sloane’s growth strategies leveraging her three decades of experience in senior roles across business and government. This move underscores Sloane’s commitment to expanding its market presence and driving growth.

Green comes to Sloane from Lazard, where she most recently served as Global Co-Head of Strategic Client Development, focusing on industry relationships and client engagement with an emphasis on Lazard’s Financial Advisory clientele.

She has held positions at Rational 360, a strategic communications firm where she developed multi-faceted campaigns to influence public opinion and drive outcomes for her clients, Goldman Sachs, two White House Administrations (OMB and NEC), and a presidential campaign.

Her addition will further invigorate the company’s strategic direction and build upon its culture of innovation.
