Jared Pollack is a Senior Vice President at Sloane. He is a trusted advisor to management teams, providing strategic investor relations counsel to public companies and companies through the go-public process.
Prior to Sloane, Jared was a Senior Vice President of investor relations at ICR where he advised public companies and companies going public via IPO and SPAC transactions with a focus on the FinTech, software and financial sectors. Prior to ICR, Jared was an Investment Banking Associate at Piper Sandler in the financial institutions group where he executed M&A, equity, and debt transactions.
Jared holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
