Zack Mukewa has joined Sloane & Company as Principal and Head of Capital Markets and Strategic Advisory. In this role, he is responsible for growing the firm’s capabilities in helping companies navigate complex financial events, capital allocation decisions, and market-facing strategy. His focus is where business performance, investor expectations, and enterprise value converge.

Zack focuses on moments that define corporate trajectory: funding rounds, IPO readiness, cross-border expansion, leadership transitions, activist exposure, and strategic repositioning. He partners with C-suite leaders, founders, and boards to ensure that internal strategy aligns with how companies are understood by investors, analysts, and the broader market.

Prior to Sloane, Zack served as Managing Director and Capital Markets Lead at LLYC, where he led the U.S. practice and advised companies across the Americas, Asia, and emerging markets. His background spans investor relations strategy, board and executive advisory, capital allocation planning, transaction support, and valuation-driven counsel for public and private companies.

He holds an MBA from the University of Missouri with concentrations in strategy and finance, is undertaking global leadership executive study through the Wharton Global C-Suite Program.
