Principal leading Capital Markets & Strategic Advisory, guiding companies through transformative strategies.

Zack Mukewa is Principal and Head of Capital Markets and Strategic Advisory. In this role, he is responsible for expanding the firm’s capabilities in helping companies navigate complex financial events, capital allocation decisions, and market-facing strategy. Prior to Sloane, Zack served as Managing Director and Capital Markets Lead at LLYC, where he built and led the U.S. practice and advised companies across the Americas, Asia, and emerging markets. His background spans investor relations strategy, board and executive advisory, capital allocation planning, transaction support, and valuation-driven counsel for public and private companies.

He holds an MBA from the University of Missouri with concentrations in strategy and finance, is a Wharton Global C-Suite Executive Program fellow and is advisor and author of work focused on capital markets, second-order effects, and the frameworks that shape equity value.
