Janai Charles is a Digital Associate at Sloane and Company. She provides day-to-day support for the Digital Strategy and Analytics team. 

Prior to joining Sloane, Janai interned at Meta, where she focused on helping a business build their social media presence by creating content and analyzing their social metrics.

Janai graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of Staten Island. She earned a B.A in Business Marketing and a minor in English Writing.
