Meagan Davis is Sloane & Company’s HR Business Advisor based in New York. She partners with leadership in building and retaining an exceptional team of talent.

Prior to joining Sloane, Meagan spent four years at Goldman Sachs, supporting HR strategy within the global Fixed Income, Commodities and Currencies businesses with a particular focus on talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Meagan graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations and a double minor in Disability Studies and Spanish.
