Mia Nitekman is an Associate at Sloane & Company, based in New York City. She provides day-to-day support for clients across a range of sectors such as New York Life Investments, Mutual of America, and Lehigh Valley Health Network. 

Prior to joining the Sloane team, Mia worked with Index on Censorship in London to facilitate their Freedom of Expression Awards, honoring proponents of free speech in media and activism. She also interned with the Communications & Publishing team at McKinsey & Company where she conducted research in support of female partners seeking to advance their career within the firm.

Mia holds a B.A in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics with a minor in Sociology from the Frederick Honors College at the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2023.
