• PayPal Holdings, Inc. on multiple transformative acquisitions including Honey Science Corp. and Mercadolibre, Inc., as well as ongoing investor relations work

Prior to Sloane & Company Neal was a Vice President at SVC, a leading financial communications firm, where he worked on investor relations and financial communications assignments for leading Fortune 500 companies. Previously he was a mergers and acquisitions investment banker for over seven years, advising executives on deals worth in excess of $6.7 billion on both the buy- and sell-side across the industrials, oil and gas, and chemicals sectors for clients including Phillips 66, ABB Ltd., Volvo AB, Saab AB, and DuPont.

Neal received a B.A. degree in Economics and International Affairs from The George Washington University and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
