Shannon is an Account Supervisor at Sloane, where she is responsible for the daily management of accounts for a diverse range of clients, spanning sectors including technology, finance, and retail. Shannon is deeply engaged in media relations for her clients, which includes activities such as proactive storytelling, trend jacking, and support for significant business announcements. She also provides comprehensive training and preparation sessions to equip her clients with effective messaging and interview techniques for media interactions. Beyond her client-focused work, Shannon is committed to fostering new talent within the company and is closely involved with Sloane’s entry-level and intern program recruitment efforts. 

Before joining Sloane & Company, Shannon held the position of Account Manager at Scratch Marketing + Media, an integrated agency located in Boston. Here, she gained valuable experience working across a variety of B2B technology industries, including cybersecurity, cloud management, data, and healthcare IT.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Emerson College, complemented by a dual minor in Marketing Communications and Business Studies. She is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
